Our Story

Welcome to a universe that creates small moments and are based on sustainability

Filibabba is a Danish design brand located in Aarhus, and from here we cover Scandinavia, Europe and the rest of the world. We create baby and children's interiors in the best quality and timeless designs for small and memorable moments in the everyday life. Our design is based on our own experiences and daily inspiration.

The owners Christian Bendtsen and Lasse Rolighed Olesen, launched the first collection in 2015, and became the first Danish company with a BabyNest on the market. Inspired by a Swedish invention, where the BabyNesten was created to take care of the newborn children and create a safe nest, we have since re-designed it to secure all safety requirements while providing value to everyday life in terms of quality, design and functionality.

All our designs are created with love and utmost respect for our surroundings and the people we work with. We want to take care of our children and our environment, therefore we exclusively produce our cotton qualities in GOTS certified materials. GOTS is a labeling for organic textiles and covers the entire chain from the harvest of the counselors through environmentally and socially responsible production to the final product.

Our design philosophy and access to the products are to create calm, timeless and unique designs that inspire both children and adults. We are honored to show and supporting our Scandinavian expressions, so each design and color is recognizable to the history of the north. Some of our products in our collections are our LED whale, which is produced in silicone and with rechargeable function, our interior air balloons with the north's expression and inspiration for the dreaming universe and our sustainable bamboo dinner set where the Nordic colors are expressed.

Our ambition and vision is to ensure our children grow up in a safe environment and in a preserved environment, therefore responsibility is one of our fundamental values. We will continue to respect our fellow human beings and the protection of our environment.

We believe in the best of our children - and the best for your children.

We believe in "Nordic Niceness".
