You will always receive an order confirmation by email. In the order confirmation you get an overview of your purchase, the price and the date of purchase. If you have questions about your order, you are welcome to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
It is possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Orders are usually shipped 1-2 business days after you place the order. Contact us as soon as possible by email at email@example.com, and we will try to help you.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. You must notify us within 14 days if you wish to return your order. Print your return slip and enclose it in the package.
Let us know within 14 days if you want to return an item.
Fill in the return label from email, print it out and attach it together with the item(s) you want to return within 14 days of receipt.
Shipping costs must be paid by you and are not covered by Filibabba ApS.
You will receive your refund within 14 days after we have received your return notification. However, refunds will not be paid until we have either received the products in our warehouse or we have received documentation that the products have been shipped.
If the package is not received in the same condition as you received it, a reduction can be made in your refund corresponding to the decrease in the value of the products in question.

If the product does not meet the information and requirements given on the webshop, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price for the products you send back to us. The amount will be refunded to the account that was used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification. However, refunds will not be paid until we have either received the products in our warehouse or we have received documentation that the products have been shipped.
Please note that a full refund cannot be given if:
- You have actually used the products for its purpose (if for example you have used a bed linen to sleep in).
- The item has been damaged while in your custody (for example during transport).
- You have handled the goods in other ways than you would normally do in a store to investigate the nature of that type of product and its features.
Orders are usually shipped 1-2 business days after you place the order. The delivery time depends on the destination, and you can follow your order via the tracking link that you receive from us via email.
All orders are sent by GLS.
We deliver to all countries within the European Union (EU)
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you can track your package. Note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available.
