TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION
The following general terms and conditions for sale apply to the purchase of products on the website www.filibabba.com, which is owned and maintained by:

Ordering products from www.filibabba.com you do business with Scandinavian Baby Products, CVR: 35477357. Scandinavian Baby Products and Filibabba ApS are both part of the corporation The Friendship Group ApS.

ORDER
Filibabba's webshop is open 24 hours a day. The website may be temporarily down for maintenance. You must be 18 years old and have a valid credit card to shop on our website. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can get an adult to do it for you.

HOW TO SHOP AT FILIBABBA.COM
Find the product you want and then click on "ADD TO CART".

Add to cart:
When the desired products are in the shopping cart, you can click on the “SHOPPING CART” button in the top right corner and see your cart or go directly to the order by clicking on 'CHECK-OUT'.

Continue through the purchase process by filling in your information - name, delivery address, etc.
You can check your products and the total amount during check-out.

Check if your delivery address is correct. Select your shipping method and click "PLACE ORDER".

If you have chosen GLS Shop Delivery click on "FIND NEAREST PICKUP POINT" first.

Once you have entered your credit card information and have clicked on the "APPROVE PAYMENT" button, you have made a binding agreement to purchase the item(s) you have selected.

At this point your order is still subject to our acceptance. Once we have accepted your order, we will obtain a permit from your bank for the amount on the order. We do not withdraw money from your card at this time, but that amount can be reserved in your account. This is a normal procedure with banks and credit card companies. If your credit card is not approved, your order will not be processed further, and we will contact you by email with information about this.

Immediately after you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, including the terms and conditions of your order. When we ship your order, the amount will be charged to your account.

SECURE PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Visa Dankort, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro, PayPal and MobilePay.

No credit card fees will be charged by us. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge you a higher amount than approved by you. Payment is processed through a PayPal or QuickPay-approved and certified secure payment solution. We will only withdraw your payment once we have shipped your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver to all countries within the European Union (EU). The shipping cost depends on the country to which it is delivered and the amount of the purchase.

If your items are in stock, your order will usually be shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after receiving your order in the system.

SHIPPING PRICES
Prices for delivery depend on which country we ship to. The price of your order is calculated in connection with you checking out at the shop and completing your purchase.

All orders are sent with GLS. You will receive an email with shipping information when your package is on its way. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Please note that the stated duration is only an estimated delivery time.

WITHDRAWAL OF YOUR PURCHASE (right of withdrawal)
It is possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Orders are usually shipped 1-2 business days after you place the order. Contact us as soon as possible by email at hello@filibabba.com and we will try to help you.

RETURN
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt. You must notify us within 14 days if you wish to return your order. Print your return sheet (see below) and enclose it in the package.

Once you have received the item(s) you have ordered, please carefully examine the products within a period of 14 days, in the same way as you would if you examined products from any other store.

If the product does not meet the information and requirements given on the webshop, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price for the products you send back to us. The amount will be refunded to the account that was used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification. However, refunds will not be paid until we have either received the products in our warehouse or we have received documentation that the products have been shipped.

The shipping costs for returning an order are not covered by Filibabba, and must therefore be paid by the buyer, who is also responsible for having the order returned.

The products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Be sure to pack the shipment securely to prevent any damage to the products. Please save the shipping receipt and any tracking number as proof that you have sent the products back.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE:
Let us know within 14 days if you want to return an item.

Download return sheet HERE.
Print and fill in the return sheet and include it together with the items you want to return within 14 days of your review.

Shipping costs must be paid by you and are not covered by Filibabba ApS.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of receiving the notification. However, refunds will not be paid until we have either received the products in our warehouse or we have received documentation that the products have been shipped.

If the package is not received in the same condition as you received it, a reduction can be made in your refund corresponding to the decrease in the value of the products in question.

EXCHANGE
If you want to exchange an item, please send it back to us and then place a new order for the desired item (s).

REFUND
If the product does not meet the information and requirements given on the webshop, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price for the products you send back to us. The amount will be refunded to the account that was used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification. However, refunds will not be paid until we have either received the products in our warehouse or we have received documentation that the products have been shipped.

Please note that a full refund cannot be given if:
- You have used the products for the purpose (for example having used a bed linen to sleep in).
- The items have been damaged while in your custody (for example during transport).
- You have handled the goods in other ways than you would normally do in a store to investigate the nature of that type of product and its features.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If, contrary to expectations, something is wrong with the product you have received, you can contact us via email at: hello@filibabba.com

If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible, including your order number as well as photos, if there is anything wrong with the product.

You have the right to report errors and omissions on your purchase for a period of 24 months. If there is anything wrong with the product, your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible from the time you notice the problem. You can either get a new product sent to you, a discount or return the product for a refund.

TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT
All product designs, product names and content on this website are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. It is not permitted to use any product designs, product names or trademarks presented on this site without the prior written permission of Filibabba ApS. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Denmark and any breach of these, related to this website and its services and these terms and conditions, shall be decided by the courts of Denmark.

Filibabba ApS strives to provide accurate and up-to-date content on this website. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be price changes, sold out items and other unintended errors on our website. We reserve the right not to be held responsible for these errors or changes, and neither Filibabba ApS, nor any employee or representative of Filibabba ApS, can be held liable for damages resulting from the use of this website or the products sold here.
